Christian Fiorilo (Manager)
An individual with an incredible passion for cars and motorbikes, PBC Automotive’s Manager, Christian Fiorilo, has more than 13 years of experience in all aspects of the automotive repair industry. Christian’s expertise especially comes in handy when working on PBC’s special car projects such as installing the Little Enchilada kits for Mazda, Lift kits, Suspension kits, etc. Our customers can always count on Christian for his unparalleled customer service and expertise when it comes to their car’s auto repair needs. Christian not only seamlessly juggles the never ending to-do list of a busy auto repair shop, but always does it with unfaltering good cheer and personalized attention to each customer’s particular needs.
Ibzan (Head Technician)
Ibzan has more than 9 years experience repairing cars of every make and model and we are extremely proud to have him on our team. His auto repair knowledge continues to win over clients from all over the DMV who trust him with their most challenging car repair needs.
Manny (Customer Support)
Manny has more than 6 years of customer service experience in the automotive repair industry. Working directly with auto parts supplier companies has given him an almost encyclopedic grasp of car parts and prices allowing him to better serve our customer’s auto repair needs. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, he ensures that our customers always have a wonderful auto repair experience.
William Lopez (Windshield Repair)
William has been repairing and installing windshields for over 7 years and we cannot brag enough about the professionalism and expertise he brings to one of the most delicate repair jobs around.
